Returns

Due to the handmade nature of our products, we do not offer returns or exchanges for change of mind.


Please choose carefully when placing your order, as each piece is made or prepared with intention and care.


Faulty or Damaged Items

We take great pride in the quality of our products. However, if your item arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.


To help us resolve this quickly, please include:


Your order number

A description of the issue

Clear photos of the item

Once reviewed, we will offer a replacement, repair, or refund where appropriate.


Lost Parcels

If your parcel is lost in transit, please contact us and we will assist you in lodging an enquiry with the shipping provider.


Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, some items may not be eligible for return (e.g. pacifier clips or baby items), unless faulty.


Refunds

If a refund is approved, it will be processed back to your original payment method.

Please allow 3–5 business days for the funds to appear, depending on your bank.


Order Cancellations

As we begin processing orders quickly, cancellations may not always be possible.

If you need to make a change, please contact us as soon as possible.


Incorrect Address

We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly provided addresses.
