At Poppy & Dutch, each piece is thoughtfully handmade with care and attention to detail. We take great pride in the quality of our products.

Faulty or Damaged Items
We only accept returns and offer refunds if an item is faulty or has been damaged in transit.

If you believe your item is faulty or damaged, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order at poppyanddutch@gmail.com including:

  • Your order number
  • A description of the issue
  • Clear photos of the fault or damage

Once your claim has been reviewed and approved, we will offer a refund or replacement, depending on availability.

Change of Mind
We do not offer refunds or accept returns for change of mind, so please choose carefully before purchasing.

Return Conditions

  • Items must be unused and in their original condition
  • Returns must be approved before being sent back
  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is confirmed faulty or damaged

Processing Refunds
Approved refunds will be processed back to your original payment method. Please allow a few business days for the refund to appear, depending on your bank or payment provider.
