At Poppy & Dutch, each piece is carefully handmade and packed with love in Victoria, Australia before making its way to you.

Processing Time
As many of our items are handmade to order, please allow 3–7 business days for your order to be created and prepared for dispatch. During busy periods or collection launches, processing times may be slightly extended.

Shipping Method
All orders are shipped via Australia Post.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your order and location.

Estimated delivery times:

  • Australia: 2–8 business days

  • International: 7–21 business days

Please note these are estimates only and may vary depending on postal network delays.

Free Shipping

  • Free standard shipping is available on all Australian orders over $450 AUD

  • Free local delivery is available for customers in postcode 3300 (Hamilton, VIC)

Combined Orders & Shipping Adjustments
If multiple items are purchased and shipping costs have been over-calculated at checkout, any significant excess shipping charges will be refunded after your order has been processed.

ART PRINT SHIPPING INFORMATION

All physical art prints are professionally printed and shipped directly from my trusted print partner to ensure the highest print quality and safe delivery.

Please note that physical art prints are shipped separately from handmade items purchased from Poppy & Dutch. If your order contains both art prints and handmade products, you will receive separate parcels and separate shipping charges will apply.

This does not apply to digital download art prints, as these are delivered electronically.

Tracking Your Order
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details so you can follow your parcel’s journey.

Incorrect Shipping Details
Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. Poppy & Dutch is not responsible for parcels sent to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.

Delays, Lost or Stolen Parcels
Once your order has been lodged with Australia Post, it is in their care. While we will always do our best to assist, we are not responsible for delays, lost, or stolen parcels.

If your parcel is missing or delayed, we recommend contacting Australia Post directly using your tracking number.

International Orders – Customs & Duties
International customers are responsible for any customs fees, duties, or taxes that may apply once the parcel arrives in their country.
