All Poppy & Dutch pieces are lovingly handmade or carefully prepared by us.

Please allow 2–5 business days for your order to be made and packed before dispatch.

During new collection launches or busy periods, processing times may be slightly longer. We truly appreciate your patience while we create something special just for you.


Shipping Within Australia 🇦🇺

We ship all orders via Australia Post.

Standard Shipping: 2–8 business days

Express Shipping: 1–4 business days


Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location.


International Shipping 🌏

We currently offer international shipping to selected countries.

Delivery times vary by destination (typically 6–21 business days)

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout


Please note: International orders may be subject to customs fees or import taxes, which are the responsibility of the customer.


Tracking Your Order

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking details so you can follow your parcel’s journey.


Lost or Delayed Parcels

Once your order has been handed over to Australia Post, delivery is outside of our control.

However, if your parcel is significantly delayed or missing, please reach out and we’ll do our best to help.


Incorrect Address

Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout.

Poppy & Dutch cannot be held responsible for orders sent to incorrectly provided addresses.

If you are local, we may offer pickup from Hamilton, 3300
